Are you looking to become a gas engineer?

Our Gas Diploma course consists of classroom theory and practical assessments. You will also need to produce a portfolio of your own gas work which you have carried out under the supervision of a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. Completion of the course and a portfolio will enable you to sit your ACS.

 Course entry requirements 

There are no pre-requisites for applicants wishing to undertake the Gas Diploma; however they should possess reasonable levels of English and Mathematics.

The Cert-ain Certification Ltd. Managed Learning Program Gas Diploma is recognised by the gas industry under the IGEM/IG/1 standard.

Individuals holding the Cert-ain Certification Ltd. Gas Diploma are recognised as being eligible to undertake relevant domestic gas assessments for the Nationally Accredited Certification Scheme for Individual Gas Fitting Operatives (ACS).
